The RealTouch Silverlight Media Player (SMP) is a media player, which runs on Microsoft Silverlight version 4.0 higher and will enhance your playback experience. Silverlight Media Players were also designed to run in all browsers for both Intel Mac and PC, so this is the first step to developing a Mac-friendly RealTouch experience. Microsoft Silverlight version 4.0 or higher must be installed on your computer in order to use the Silverlight Media Player. Click here to begin the installation. Note: You will have to restart your browser to complete the installation process. After installing Silverlight, go to the My Account tab on My Dashboard and select Silverlight Media Player under Preferences. Then click Save Preference Changes. When you play videos they will automatically play in Silverlight.

You must have an active internet connection in order to use Silverlight Media Player. The player will detect the bitrate settings that you've set up on your Movie Detail page.

The player controls are in the Button Bar, which is located underneath the player screen. The Button Bar includes the following:

• Play/Pause - This button toggles between play and pause, allowing you to start and stop the current movie or scene.
• Slider Bar - You can move ahead or rewind the scene by sliding this bar.
• Current Time/Length - As the scene plays, the player displays the current time code and total length of the selected scene.
• Volume Controls - The sound in Silverlight Media Player is enabled by default. Click on the speaker icon to mute the sound or use the Volume Slider to adjust the volume.
• Full Screen - If you would like to see the selected movie in full screen mode, click this icon. Full screen is relative to the screen resolution on your computer, not the current size of the player.

If you run out of minutes while watching a video, Silverlight Media Player will display a message that you need to purchase more minutes. To continue viewing, return to the main website to purchase more minutes.

If SMP disconnects from the Platform Agent while watching a video, the player will display a message to alert you that you're disconnected. To continue viewing, close and reopen your player. If you continue to have problems, refer to the Platform Agent section of our User Guide.

This site offers Pay-Per-Minute packages, 7-Day Rentals and Video Purchasing options, along with Free Videos and Male Enhancement Videos.

The Pay-Per-Minute option allows you to only pay for the content you actually watch and experience. To begin, you purchase one of the minute packages available on the website.

Once you have minutes in your time bank, browse the available videos to find something you'd like to see and press Play. As the video plays, time is deducted from your account and calculated to the second so you get the most from your minutes. Watch all or part of as many videos as you want.

The minutes stored in your account stay there until you use them; they never expire. To check how many minutes are in your time bank, go to the My Account tab on the My Dashboard page.

The 7-Day Rental option allows you to purchase, watch, and experience a RealTouch video as many times as you like within a 7-Day window. You can find the expiration dates for all of your Rentals on the My Rentals tab on the My Dashboard page.

For a one-time fee, you can experience a purchased RealTouch video as many times as you like as long as you have an active account. Just purchase the movie and it will appear on the Purchased Videos tab on the My Dashboard page.

You will find all of your rentals and purchased videos on the My Rentals and Purchased Videos tabs in My Dashboard.

You can find the most recent Free Videos by going to www.realtouchvideos.com/dispatcher/freeVideos or by accessing the Free Videos tab on the My Dashboard. This content will be rotated periodically to feature a selection of the more popular Stars and Videos available.

You can access the Male Enhancement content by going to www.realtouchvideos.com/dispatcher/maleEnhancement or by accessing the Male Enhancement tab on the My Dashboard page. This application features videos developed by a world-renowned sex therapist and psychiatrist and harness the power of RealTouch to train both your mind and body to increase stamina and improve performance.

Browsing options are available on the Videos and Stars pages. On Videos, you can browse by Sex Act or Category. On Stars, you can type in the name of a star and the search box will display a list of stars to help you find who you're looking for. Click on the name of the star you'd like to see and that star's list of videos will appear.

RealTouch VOD is constantly adding new videos to the system. By default the Browse All Content section on the Home page displays all the available videos with the most current ones at the top of the list.

When you're browsing on the Home or Stars pages, you'll see a or icon. Clicking this icon adds the Video or Star to your Favorites. A Video Favorites list appears on the right side of the Videos page. Both sets of Favorites also appear as tabs on the My Dashboard page.

Yes - If you would like to see a particular star or video on the RealTouch VOD, please use our wishlist feature on the My Account tab of the My Dashboard page to make specific requests.
